You Can Save Notes On The UbiDuo, And Save Time!
UbiDuo conversations can be saved and downloaded to a computer (laptop or PC), where it can be stored or printed. UbiDuo users report that saving notes on the UbiDuo is helpful among:
- People who want to save meeting notes at end of a meeting discussion;
- Students who want to save information from a class lecture.
It can be useful in settings like an attorney's or doctor's office, where the UbiDuo conversation can be placed in the client's/patient's file.
Instructions:
To save the meeting or class discussion -
- Hit both <Control> and <F3> keys together at same time.
- Backspace on display screen until screen is clear
- Type a name for the log/file
- Hit <Enter>
You have saved the meeting or class discussion log/file.
To view the log file -
- Hit 'Save' icon on display
- Select the specific log/file.
