How a tutor/mentoring program uses the UbiDuo:
The Naval Support Activity in Hampden Township recently recognized the following employees and groups for their volunteer work in promoting equal opportunity, workforce diversity and community outreach.
Linda Erb for her role in a tutor/mentoring program and for promoting the use of a UbiDuo device, which enhances communications between hearing-impaired people and hearing people without the use of an interpreter. She also volunteers to sew color guard flags for the Red Land High School Marching Band.
